The Advanced HVAC Service training offers focused, performance-based training designed to fill any gaps in knowledge or skillsets from prior years of industry experience and prepares you for success in the HVAC-Refrigeration/Service business. Trainees learn the trade through structured training opportunities while working.
- No cost HVAC/Service Instruction (Techniques, Skillsets, Theory & Fundamentals)
- Individuals will gain the skills to perform service, maintenance, and repair work within the manufacturing and construction industries
- On-the-Job Training (Applied Education)

Who Can Apply?
Minimum Requirements:- High School Transcript or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Prior HVAC service experience within the last three years
Required Competencies:
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety
- Strong basic math and communication skills
- Ability and desire to continually learn
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
