How to Become a Trainee

Who Can Apply?

Minimum Requirements:

18 years of age
High School Transcript or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Prior welding experience within the last three years

Required Competencies:

Demonstrate a commitment to safety
Strong basic math and communication skills
Ability and desire to continually learn
Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
